XL Build was contracted to build 16 terrace-style townhouses with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and double garaging. Montrose will make a striking addition to the streetscape with its sleek facade and streamlined aesthetic. High-end finishes, a creative layout and sophisticated monochrome palette set a new benchmark for design in this leafy pocket of Botany.
